Al Taawoun hosted the Developmental and Behavioural Disorders Centre at the Maternity and Children’s Hospital as part of a community awareness initiative focused on supporting families and children, with particular emphasis on raising awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
The visit featured a range of educational programmes and interactive activities designed to promote awareness of ADHD and provide children with meaningful and engaging experiences. The programme also included educational workshops for parents, alongside interactive activities tailored to different age groups
Al Taawoun CEO Ali Al-Shayae attended the event, with several first-team players also taking part. The players interacted with the children and joined them in selected activities, reflecting the important role sports clubs and athletes can play in supporting community initiatives, raising awareness of ADHD and promoting social responsibility
