Al Taawoun’s first team stepped up their preparations this evening ahead of Sunday’s clash against Al Shabab, with the fixture set to take place in Matchweek 8 of the Saudi Pro League
The team held its training session at 6:00 PM at Wolves Park, beginning with warm-up and activation exercises before moving into a series of physical drills under the supervision of the fitness coach, as the squad continues to build its physical readiness ahead of the upcoming fixture
The goalkeepers also completed a dedicated training programme under the supervision of the goalkeeping coach, focusing on a range of position-specific technical and physical exercises
The session then moved into the technical phase, with head coach Vuk Rašović putting the players through a variety of technical drills and tactical patterns, focusing on movement, positioning, execution and the implementation of the team’s tactical ideas
The first team will continue its preparations in accordance with the technical staff’s training programme, with the squad focused on reaching peak physical and technical readiness ahead of Sunday’s encounter against Al Shabab.
