The Al-Taawoun FC first team continued its preparations in readiness for the match against Al-Nahda (Oman), as part of the AFC Champions League Two, scheduled for Wednesday evening in the Omani capital Muscat

The team held its training session under head coach Jehad Al-Hussain, who opened the session with a technical lecture for the players, in which he covered a number of aspects related to the upcoming match, and the technical work programme during the session

Training began at five o'clock in the evening with warm-up exercises, followed by varied fitness drills, before the technical staff had the players carry out a number of tactical phrases as part of the technical preparations for the match

During the session the technical staff was keen to raise the level of readiness and focus on tactical details, as part of the team's preparations for its first stop in its continental journey, amid hopes of achieving a positive start in the competition

After the end of training, the first team delegation left for Muscat, to complete preparations before the match against Al-Nahda at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex

Al-Taawoun enter their Asian participation with great ambitions in the fifth chapter of their continental participations, seeking to deliver a strong start and move forward in the AFC Champions League Two competitions
