The Al-Taawoun FC first team resumed its daily training, led by Serbian head coach Zarko Lazetic, following the break the technical staff gave the players, as the team opens the file of its preparations for the match against Al-Hazem scheduled for next Tuesday

The team held its training session at 7:00 PM at Wolves Park, where the technical staff focused on preparing the players and raising their physical and technical readiness before the upcoming match

The players who started in the previous match were content with performing recovery exercises, as part of the programme set for them to restore readiness and shake off the effects of the physical exertion, while the rest of the players underwent a set of varied fitness and technical drills

In a separate part of the session, the goalkeepers did their specific training with the goalkeeping coach, which included a number of technical and physical exercises

Al-Taawoun continue their preparation programme over the coming days, as the technical staff seeks to bring the team to the required readiness before the Al-Hazem match, and to continue working on the technical and tactical aspects of the match
