Al-Taawoun Club signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in the Qassim Region, running for three years, as part of strengthening joint cooperation in the health and sports fields, supporting community initiatives, and spreading a culture of health and safety awareness
The memorandum signing ceremony took place in the presence of the vice chairman of Al-Taawoun Club's board of directors, Mr. Sultan Al-Shuraida, and the general manager of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in the Qassim Region, Mr. Khalid Al-Khudhr, along with the assistant general manager for support and assistance, Mr. Hassan Al-Balhan, and the director of the institutional excellence department, Mr. Omar Al-Mundeel, and a number of representatives of both sides
The memorandum aims to implement joint programmes and initiatives that contribute to serving the community, by holding awareness events, organising workshops, and providing accredited first aid courses for the club's staff, in addition to benefiting from the capabilities and facilities available to both parties, which enhances the quality of community initiatives
This agreement comes as part of Al-Taawoun Club's efforts to consolidate its community role, and strengthen partnerships with national entities, contributing to raising the level of health awareness, consolidating safety concepts, and achieving a positive and sustainable impact that serves members of the community over the coming three years.
