Al-Taawoun Club signed a memorandum of cooperation with Himam Autism Association in Buraidah, as part of strengthening community partnerships and activating the club's role in serving society
 

The signing ceremony was attended by Al-Taawoun Club's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ali Al-Shayie, and Himam Association's Vice Chairman Mr. Hamad Al-Tabib, along with the association's Executive Director Mr. Fahad Al-Muaitiq, where it was agreed to launch a number of joint initiatives in the coming period
 

The memorandum of cooperation aims to empower people with autism spectrum disorder and support their integration into society through varied sports and awareness programmes that contribute to enhancing their presence and active participation, in addition to spreading community awareness of the autism spectrum and the importance of comprehensive support for this group
 

Both sides affirmed that this step comes as a continuation of the club's mission in social responsibility, and its keenness to build sustainable partnerships that make a positive impact on society, stressing the importance of integrating roles between the sports sector and the non-profit sector to serve the beneficiary groups.
